Fashion | September Payday Wish List

Hey guys, I have created my September Payday Wish List for you. It is a little random but these are a few of the things I am loving at the moment and hope to purchase soon after payday!

1. This item is absolutely my number 1 must have this month. They are patent loafers from Marks & Spencers for £29.50 in the colour Wine. I randomly tried them on a few weeks ago and I didn't have time to think about buying them, ever since I can't stop thinking about them. The other weekend I intended to use a 20% off voucher to buy them but they were all sold out! So I am really hoping M&S restock these shoes so I can purchase them with my paycheque!

2. The second item on my wish list is a super comfy and soft nightshirt from Marks & Spencers for £19.50. In the in between months I love wearing this type of nightwear with some fluffy socks.

3. The third thing on my list is a lovely faux leather jacket also from Marks & Spencers for £55. I particularly love the colour, as I haven't got a light coloured faux leather jacket. I think in the autumnal months it will brighten up horrible grey days.

4. Next is a lovely three quarter length sleeved, fine knit jumper from H&M £14.99. I have shown one of the three colours available. I am in love with this style of jumper because I can wear this type of jumper to either work or at the weekend, and its a great price tempted to buy all three colours!

5. Lastly is a slightly random item but I am a lover of anything to do with Owls! This a vase in the shape of an Owl from Marks and Spencers for £25. I love it, very unique and would look amazing with bright flowers coming out of it.

And thats my payday wish list, I hope you like it and may have given you some ideas as well!

Thanks for reading as always :D

Make Up | My Brow Product Collection

Hey guys, so a while ago I mentioned in a blog post that I wanted to try out some more brow products to work out what I found the easiest and looked the most natural. Since then I have developed a mini collection of different products I like to use. I will give you my verdict on each product.

The first item I purchased was from Maybelline, Satin Brow Pencil in colour Medium Brown. This pencil also comes with a shadow pen at the other end as well as the pencil. Now, I found that the shadow just wasn't for me, I don't like the applicator I feel it adds too much product and makes it look less natural. However, the pencil on the other end is amazing and used in the right way can look very natural. As long as you apply quick brief strokes along the brow it fills in the brows beautifully. Click Here for a link to this product.

The second product I bought was from one of my favourite make up brands Soap & Glory, Brow Archery pencil in Hot Chocolate. This comes with an eyebrow brush on the other end. I particularly like the colour of this pencil it is a nice cold brown shade and looks very natural yet defines well. You apply this similarly to the Maybelline pencil, and then brush throw to blend it across. The brush is particularly useful if you feel you have created a too harsh line along you brow, it will soften the look perfectly. Click Here for a link to this product.

Thirdly I bought another product from Soap & Glory this one is called Brow Archery 2 in 1 Sculpting Crayon and Setting Gel. This is my favourite out of the collection I have! It is amazing and quick to use. I have already reviewed this product. To see the full review please Click Here. I have absolutely fallen in love with this product it is in the shade Brown and Out. I particularly love the setting gel on the other end of this crayon, it finishes your brows beautifully and holds all day long. This is one of my everyday products, I would highly recommend this. Lastly, I decided to buy a brow palette from Rimmel London called Brow This Way in the shade Middle Brown. Now, after using pencils for some time trying to use this palette I found a little fiddly at first. This is also a much longer way to apply you brows but with patience it can look lovely. I tend to use the little brushes that come with it to apply to the wax half to the brow and then I like to use one of my own angled brushes to apply the shadow half. You do have to take your time with the wax and apply it very lightly, too much and it looks awful. This is a lovely product but it isn't the quickest to use. Click Here for the link to this product.

Overall I would recommend all these products and they are all reasonably priced.

Haircare | John Frieda Sea Waves

Hey guys, I purchased another new haircare product recently, John Frieda Sea Waves Sea Salt Spray. I was finding that my hair wasn't curlying as much as I have grown it out quite a bit in the last year, so I felt like I needed something to encourage my hair to curl more.

This spray is amazing, you use this product after washing your hair just before you blow dry it. I like to spray it all over and then to scrunch it as much as I can before drying my hair with a diffuser end on my hairdryer. This product really helps to create volume and creates natural curls. It does exactly what I hoped. This spray will dull your hair slightly but not a great deal.

It is amazing, I highly recommend trying this out if you are in need of some more texture to your hair.

Haircare | OGX Coconut Water Shampoo & Argan Oil Conditioner

Hey guys, I wanted to talk about the shampoo and conditioner I have been using for the past month. I had heard a lot about this brand, OGX from other bloggers and wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

I decided to try out the Coconut Water Shampoo as it sounded very hydrating for my hair. I tend to go for coconut products as my hair can become dry very easily. I also like to use natural products on my hair. I love this shampoo it smells lovely, but isn't overpowering. It is a great shampoo and lasts a long time. I am extremely happy with this product, I believe it adds shine as well. When I purchase shampoos I always go for ones which are clear as my hairdresser told me once that this is the sign of a good shampoo. I have sensitive skin as well so I do have to watch that products are not too much for my skin. I think this product is lovely and doesn't irritate my scalp.

For a conditioner I decided to go for the Argan Oil of Morocco, as this is one of the most hydrating ingredients for your hair. As I have curly hair and do suffer from frizz I felt this would be very good for my hair and keeping it under control. This also adds loads of shine to my hair. I love the smell of Argan Oil so knew I would love the smell. This is a gorgeous conditioner and feels like a good quality one as well.

Overall, I would say OGX is an amazing haircare brand and recommend trying their products out. I know I definitely will be trying some of their other products in the future.
